What are the main systems of the vacuum hot press furnace?

The vacuum hot press furnace is an ideal tool for the preparation of dense compound materials under high vacuum pressure. It can bond multilayer substrates under pressure of 5 tons. The furnace can be heated to 1100℃ and 30 stages of programmed temperature control. The flange with water cooling allows vacuum up to 10-5Torr (with molecular pump). Vacuum hot press furnace is widely used for hot pressing sintering of hard alloy, functional ceramics, powder metallurgy and so on under high temperature and high vacuum conditions. It can also be hot pressing sintering under the condition of inflatable protection.

Vacuum hot press furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, furnace door, heating and insulation and temperature measuring system, vacuum system, inflation system, water cooling system, control system, hydraulic system and so on. Vacuum hot press furnace is a periodic operation type, which is widely used in hard alloy, functional ceramics, powder metallurgy and so on for hot pressing sintering under high temperature and high vacuum conditions. It can also be hot pressing sintering under the condition of inflating protection.

The furnace body is a vertical furnace shell, its inner layer is made of stainless steel cylinder, outer layer is carbon steel. The furnace body is divided into two parts, one third of which is the furnace cover which can be manually opened completely on the side, and two thirds of which is the fixed furnace body with perfect design and easy operation. The jacket formed between the two layers can pass the cooling water to take away the heat transmitted to the furnace shell, so that the furnace wall temperature does not exceed 60℃, its upper and lower flange welding as a whole. The middle is provided with an infrared temperature measuring hole (with a protective air vent), thermocouple temperature measuring hole, extraction hole and observation hole, platinum rhodium thermocouple is provided with a temperature automatic exit device, infrared temperature measuring observation hole is provided with a glass air blowing anti-fog device, the observation hole used by the operator is provided with a baffle.

Vacuum system: composed of oil diffusion pump, Roots pump, mechanical pump with electromagnetic differential pressure valve (to prevent sudden power failure, mechanical pump oil backflow) air valve, air discharge valve, vacuum butterfly valve, vacuum pressure gauge (±Pa) bellows, vacuum pipe and support.

Hydraulic system: Adopt electric input mode. The hydraulic station is equipped with imported proportional valve, pressure sensor, displacement display using grating ruler (ranging accuracy 0.02mm), hydraulic cylinder and other related hydraulic devices, pressure regulation semi-automatic, can be manually adjusted. The instrument can be set to automatically adjust the pressure, and can achieve pressure regulation and pressure preservation.

Water cooling system: It is composed of all kinds of valve pipe related devices, and it is equipped with water cut off sound and light alarm to automatically cut off the heating source or function.

Temperature control system: using silicon controlled temperature control, equipped with PID functional instrument, digital display table, with overtemperature sound and light alarm function, can also choose PLC touch screen automatic control, and retain historical data, easy to analyze the sintering process.

Inflation system: composed of a variety of pipes and valves, and equipped with electromagnetic exhaust valve, pressure sensor, when the pressure in the furnace is higher than the safety value will be automatically deflated, inflatable pipe is equipped with a needle valve, can control the air flow.
