Performance characteristics of vacuum hot press furnace:

1. The main engine of hot press furnace is a horizontal single chamber structure, which is composed of furnace body, furnace cover, heating chamber and forced circulation air cooling device.

2. The furnace body and furnace cover are double-walled water-cooled structure, and the inner and outer walls are made of carbon steel. There is a crack between the two layers, and the cooling water is passed inside. The front end is connected with the furnace flange, and the back end is connected with the head. There is a flange interface connected with the air-cooled motor at the back end of the furnace body. The lower part of the furnace body is designed with a support for placing the furnace body.

3. The sealing design between the furnace body and the furnace door is bidirectional sealing of the lock ring. The sealing ring is installed in the groove of the furnace door flange, which can ensure the sealing of the vacuum furnace in the negative pressure and high pressure air cooling.

4, the heating chamber is composed of heat insulation layer, heating element, material table and other parts.

5. A fast cooling system composed of a high flow rate blower and a heat exchanger is installed at the back end of the hot press furnace.

6. Inflation system: provided by the storage tank demander, large diameter special pneumatic globe valve, fine-tuning valve, manual valve.

7, the heat exchanger is equipped with a guide plate to make the gas flow smoothly.

8, vacuum system: The vacuum system is composed of rotary vane pump, Roots pump, diffusion pump, vacuum baffle valve installed on the pumping pipe, differential pressure valve, flexible connector and other accessories of the medium vacuum unit.
