The difference between traditional vacuum hot press furnace and servo control hot press furnace

Vacuum hot pressure furnace is a periodic operation type, using graphite tube as heating element, suitable for metal materials, inorganic non-metallic materials, pressure sintering in vacuum or protective atmosphere, in order to obtain high density products. It can also be used for sintering and purification of optical materials under vacuum or protective atmosphere. Vacuum hot press furnace is divided into traditional manual mechanical pressure hot press furnace and traditional hydraulic station pressure hot press furnace. The pressure device mainly includes: pressure mechanism, servo electric cylinder, servo motor and controller, pressure sensor, human-machine interface and control system, etc. The pressure system itself is closed loop control, that is, the corresponding standard signal input is given, and the system quickly responds to the set pressure.

What are the comparative advantages of servo control hot press furnace and traditional hot press furnace: the pressure mode adopts the new servo electric pressure mode, the control mode adopts the servo motor control, that is, the pressure control can be controlled by the position, the operating pressure precision is accurate to the kilogram level, the position control is accurate to 0.001mm stable operation, not overpressure. The traditional hydraulic way, the pressure fluctuation is large, can not accurately control the position, easy to cause the product underpressure, overpressure, equipment field is dirty, poor environment. The displacement measurement of the servo vacuum hot press furnace is directly measured by the motor rotary encoder with the accuracy of 0.001mm, while the displacement accuracy of the traditional hot press furnace is generally 0.1-0.02mm with the resistance ruler or grating ruler.
