Precautions for the use of vacuum hot press furnace

The vacuum hot press furnace is a vertical vacuum resistance furnace with graphite as heating element and a frame type double column supporting body. Under the hydraulic cylinder lifting as a pressure source, for metal compounds, ceramics, inorganic compounds, nanomaterials in vacuum or protective atmosphere heating pressing products.

Points to note:

The place where the electric furnace is installed should meet the requirements of vacuum sanitation, the surrounding air should be clean and dry, and there should be good ventilation conditions, and the working place is not easy to raise dust. If the temperature to be heated in advance exceeds 1800℃, fill the protective atmosphere to heat, so that the mold life is long. The appearance of the electric furnace should always be kept clean, and the vacuum should be kept when not in use, otherwise the next use will lead to the reduction of the efficiency of the vacuum pin. Vacuum sealing grease should be added to the axial sealing part of the vacuum furnace and vacuum system about half a year after use. The axial sealing grease should be observed in the window baffle seat, pneumatic vacuum butterfly valve and other parts. The automatic in and out thermocouple system should be opened to fill the diffusion pump oil after half a year of use. The observation window glass of vacuum furnace (especially the observation window for infrared instrument) should be removed and cleaned after using one furnace.
