Compared with other sintering methods, hot pressing sintering process has the following advantages: Because of the simultaneous heating and pressure, the hot pressing sintering process is in a thermoplastic state, which is conducive to the contact diffusion flow of particles and the mass transfer process, so the forming pressure is small; It can also reduce the sintering temperature and shorten the sintering time so as to resist the grain growth to obtain fine grain, high density, and has higher mechanical properties and higher mechanical properties of the products, without adding sintering additives or forming additives can produce high purity ceramic products.
