How to control the vacuum hot press furnace system

Vacuum hot press furnace is a periodic operation type, which is widely used in hard alloy, functional ceramics, powder metallurgy and so on for hot pressing sintering under high temperature and high vacuum conditions. It can also be hot pressing sintering under the condition of inflating protection.

The vacuum hot press furnace is of vertical structure, and the feeding and unloading modes are top and side. It is composed of shell, heating element, insulation layer, pressure device, vacuum system and electric control system.

1. The double-layer water-cooled shell is adopted, the inner layer is stainless steel polishing, the outer layer is carbon steel anti-rust treatment, and the water cooling between the two layers ensures that the water temperature of the furnace shell does not exceed 60 degrees. The furnace cover is lifted by mechanical structure and manually rotated to open back (one-way pressure), and the locking device is installed on the furnace cover.

2. The vacuum hot press furnace body is equipped with an observation window and thermocouple automatic entry and exit device with high and low temperature automatic switch, over temperature protection thermocouple and infrared instrument, low-temperature furnace can not use the infrared instrument, can use tungsten sleeve thermocouple directly temperature measurement and control, the furnace side is equipped with water-cooled electrode.

3, heating body selection of graphite (molybdenum wire) single-phase and three-phase heating two.

The insulation layer is carbon felt and graphite composite structure.

The vacuum system of vacuum pressure furnace adopts oil diffusion pump, mechanical pump, solenoid valve on the mechanical pump, high and low vacuum valve as pneumatic flapper valve, and realizes the automatic switching of high and low vacuum with PLC.

4. The main circuit of the electric system of vacuum hot press furnace is low voltage and high current input, and the control cabinet is Siemens standard. The imported digital display program instrument completes the automatic control of the whole process of temperature rise and temperature drop.
