Details of VHP-D titanium diboride vacuum hot press furnace
Vacuum hot pressure furnace is a complete set of equipment for hot pressing materials under vacuum (or other atmosphere) conditions. It mainly adopts resistance heating and pressurizes the press head driven by the oil cylinder. The equipment combines vacuum/atmosphere, hot pressing and high temperature sintering. The equipment is suitable for high temperature hot forming of titanium diboride and other materials. Titanium diboride is resistant to wear, acid and alkali, has strong conductivity and thermal conductivity, small thermal expansion coefficient, has good chemical stability and thermal resistance, and can be used as the cathode material of aluminum electrolytic cell. Because of the good wettability of TiBz and aluminum liquid, the power consumption of electrolytic aluminum is reduced, and the life of electrolytic cell is extended.
The "double chamber" vacuum hot press furnace adopts two presses respectively to pressure two parallel furnace bodies, and uses a set of vacuum system, hydraulic system and control system to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost.
