VHP-D "double chamber" vacuum hot press furnace details

Vacuum hot pressure furnace is a complete set of equipment for hot pressing materials under vacuum (or other atmosphere) conditions. It mainly adopts resistance heating and pressurizes the press head driven by the oil cylinder. The equipment combines vacuum/atmosphere, hot pressing and high temperature sintering, which is suitable for high temperature hot forming of new materials such as powder metallurgy and functional ceramics.

The "double chamber" vacuum hot press furnace adopts two presses respectively to pressure two parallel furnace bodies, and uses a set of vacuum system, hydraulic system and control system to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost.
