Vacuum hot press furnace is to heat the parts to the required temperature in the vacuum state, and then move the upper and lower pressure heads to make the parts compress and deform, and then the raw materials of the parts reach the process requirements of impurity removal, purification and high density. Description of construction:
Vacuum hot press furnaces generally have several mechanical systems combined, as follows:
1. The heating furnace of vacuum hot press furnace is a vertical test structure with two layers of water sandwich structure. The inner, surface and flange are 304 stainless steel. The furnace body of vacuum hot press furnace can be divided into two parts, one third of which is the furnace cover which can be opened and closed manually completely side, and two thirds of which is the fixed furnace body. The design is different, which is conducive to the practical operation.
2. Vacuum system: composed of oil diffusion pump, Roots pump, mechanical pump with electromagnetic differential pressure valve filling valve, vent valve, vacuum butterfly valve, vacuum pressure gauge (±Pa) bellows, vacuum pipe and bracket.
3, hydraulic system: choose electric input method. The hydraulic station is equipped with imported proportional valve, pressure sensor, displacement display using grating ruler (ranging accuracy 0.02mm), hydraulic cylinder and other related hydraulic devices, pressure regulation semi-automatic, can be manually adjusted. The instrument can be set to automatically adjust the pressure, and can achieve pressure regulation and pressure preservation.
4, water cooling system: composed of a variety of valve pipeline related devices and with water cut off sound and light alarm automatically cut off the heating source or function.
5, temperature control system: the selection of SCR temperature control, equipped with PID functional instrument, digital display table, with overtemperature sound and light alarm function, can also choose PLC touch screen automatic control, and retain historical data, conducive to the analysis of calcination process.
6, inflation system: composed of a variety of pipes and valves, and equipped with electromagnetic exhaust valve, pressure sensor, when the pressure in the furnace is higher than the safety value will be automatically deflated, inflatable pipe is equipped with a needle valve, can control the air flow.
Routine maintenance:
1. Check the air pump with gas town function before starting the furnace every day, and open it for 30 minutes as required to remove the moisture in the pump oil.
2. Check the pressure of cooling water, compressed air, hydraulic system and flow rate of cooling water.
3. When closing the protection door, the rubber seals and flanges of the vacuum furnace door should be checked. There should be no sand or debris. The rubber sealing ring and flange should be wiped clean with a thousand mesh bandage, and evenly apply vacuum grease before closing the door.
4. The workpiece must be cleaned before being put into the furnace. After oil quenching, the oil on the oil-immersed material rack and conveying parts should be cleaned.
5, usually use air cooling motor. If it cannot be started in a vacuum, it must be inflated before starting and protected by an electrical interlock protection device.
6. The pump shall operate under vacuum conditions above 133 3A, and shall be protected by electric interlock protection device.
