Solution: Adjust the working current of vacuum regulator; Replace the mechanical pump oil.

Thermocouple automatic entry and exit failure, alarm lamp alarm

Possible causes:

1. Failure of inner and outer limits.

2, in and out of the motor does not rotate.

Solution: Adjust or replace the internal and external limit device; Test whether the motor is broken, such as bad replacement of the same type of motor. (Note) Before heating the electric furnace, observe whether the internal limit indicator light is on and should be on.

The temperature will not rise after a period of use

Possible cause: The resistance value of the heater increases.

Solution: According to the instrument instructions to increase the output power of the instrument; Severe aging can only be replaced with a new heater

The overcurrent indicator on the panel of the control cabinet lights up and gives an alarm

Possible cause: The heater has a short circuit

Solution: Open the furnace cover to observe whether there is a short circuit heater, troubleshooting.

Overtemperature alarm light and alarm

Possible causes:

1, the furnace temperature is over temperature

2. Instrument setting is wrong

Solution: Reset the overtemperature alarm parameters according to the instructions

Water cut-off indicator light and alarm

Possible causes:

1. The water valve is not opened

2. The water pressure is too low

Solution: Open the water valve; Turn up the water pressure.
