1. According to the furnace layout, installation position and civil construction conditions provided in the drawings, select the installation site of the equipment and carry out civil construction. The installation site should be free of smoke pollution, clean environment, dry air, should not be put together with other equipment, keep the room temperature 10-35℃, the ground smooth and smooth.

2. When installing graphite heating elements and water-cooled electrodes, attention should be paid to:

a. Be extremely careful when handling graphite elements to prevent damage;

b. Tighten the bolts reliably to achieve good electrical contact. Do not use too much force to avoid thread breakage.

3. Position the vacuum system according to the vacuum system diagram, assemble it and connect it with the furnace body. When assembling, coat the O-ring with a thin layer of vacuum grease and tighten the flange evenly.

4. According to the water cooling system diagram, connect the water inlet pipe and drain pipe to the water inlet and drain port of the furnace respectively, provide the water source with the pressure of 0.1-0.15MPa and the temperature of no less than 15℃ and no more than 30℃, and provide circulating water and anti-rust water.

5, to provide the minimum pressure of 0.5MPa pneumatic gas source, available industrial nitrogen, such as compressed air, then its own pneumatic "three big" (such as oil fog, pressure reducer, water filter).

6. Connect the pipeline to the filling pipe according to the filling gas system diagram, and it is recommended to provide high purity nitrogen with the purity of 99.99%-99.999% as the filling gas.

7, according to the electrical wiring diagram to connect the power supply to the corresponding electrical contact, check the power supply voltage, connect the control box, power box and furnace between the wire and cable.

8. Install other parts, including conduit, measuring instrument, etc.

9, furnace body and control box are grounded, grounding resistance ≤4 euros, instrument and vacuum gauge regulation cable should also be grounded.
