The vacuum system adopts mechanical pump and oil diffusion pump, and is equipped with cold trap and unit. Vacuum measurement is composite vacuum gauge. The vacuum system is also equipped with an air discharge valve and an air filling valve, and the vacuum hose is made of stainless steel metal hose.
