Vacuum hot press furnace operation details

Application: It is suitable for sintering of electronic ceramics and high temperature structure ceramics, precision annealing and microcrystallization of glass, precision annealing of crystal, preparation of ceramic glaze, powder metallurgy, sintering of nanomaterials, quenching of metal parts and all heat treatment required by rapid temperature rise process. It is an ideal experimental and production equipment for scientific research units, colleges and universities, industrial and mining enterprises

Pressure operation steps of vacuum hot press furnace:

(1) Lower two graphite pillars at the bottom, then put the mold, and put a graphite pillar above;

② the pressure rises to the graphite pillar and the insulation barrel is flush;

③ Close the furnace cover;

(4) First vacuum, lock the three screw locks on the furnace cover;

⑤ Open the "hydraulic pump", select the cylinder "rise" to the furnace cover of the press block moved up 3~4mm, and then the cylinder "drop" to 0mm;

⑥ Manually turn down the upper indenter on the furnace cover, support the furnace cover, lock it, and turn up the round to protect the lock;

⑦ Cold pressure, choose cylinder "rise", to the displacement, pressure constant;

⑧ select the cylinder "stop", select the pressure control by the "potentiometer" switch to the "instrument", until the pressure gauge up and down the same, can be "heating";

⑨ Set the heating curve, and when the temperature reaches 200℃, you can select the cylinder to "rise" pressure;

⑩ After heating, when the furnace temperature drops below 1000℃, the oil cylinder stops and the instrument switches to the potentiometer.

Note: the pressure gauge shows 16MPa, which is equivalent to the computer showing 20t. The graphite mold Z can bear the maximum pressure of 30MPa;

According to the specific mold stress area, calculate the required pressure, such as:

Diameter 30 mold, Z maximum force 2.1t, such as pressure 1.7t, the pressure gauge can be set to 1.4MPa, then the sample pressure in the mold is 23MPa;

With a diameter of 50 die and a maximum Z-force of 6.0t, such as a pressure of 3.0t, the pressure gauge can be set to 2.4MPa, then the pressure of the sample in the die is 15MPa;
